Gholam Hossein Sadighi

He was a loyalist to Dr. Mosadegh who served as his interior minister. He continued being politically active. Shah asked him to form a cabinet before 1979. However, his demands that Shah does not leave Iran and he be granted full executive power denied by Shah. Consequently, he declined Shah's offer.

Foreign Relations Minister 1979

Karim Sanjabi

He was a close ally of Dr. Mosadegh and served as education minister in his cabinet. He is also the first foreign relations minister after the 1979 revolution.
